Who I am
This website is run by Oksana Popova, a sole trader based in Ireland. I am responsible for the personal data you share here.
Contact: oksana@oksanapopova.ie

What data I collect
  • Your name and email address when you register for a workshop, buy a programme, take my test or sign up for my emails
  • Your answers to the self-worth test, if you take it
  • Your phone number, only if you choose to join a WhatsApp group
  • Messages you send me
I never see or store your card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal.

Why I use your data
  • To give you what you signed up for: confirmation, Zoom links, reminders, recordings and access to materials
  • To send you emails about similar workshops and programmes. If you’ve bought from me, I may email you about related offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click at the bottom of every email
  • To answer your questions

Services I use
To run my work, I use trusted services that process data on my behalf:
  • Tilda - website and forms
  • MailerLite - emails
  • Stripe and PayPal - payments
  • Zoom - live sessions
  • WhatsApp - participant groups
  • Qzzr - the self-worth test
Some of these services may store data outside the EU. Where that happens, they use safeguards required by EU law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Live sessions and groups
Live sessions may be recorded so participants can watch them later. You’re welcome to keep your camera off and change your display name.
In WhatsApp groups, your phone number is visible to other members of the group.

How long I keep your data
I keep your data while you’re subscribed or while it’s needed for the service you bought, and as long as required by Irish law for accounting purposes. If you unsubscribe, I stop sending you emails.

Your rights
You can ask me to:
  • show you the data I hold about you
  • correct or delete it
  • stop using it for emails
  • send you a copy of it

Just write to oksana@oksanapopova.ie. If you’re unhappy with how I handle your data, you can contact the Data Protection Commission in Ireland: dataprotection.ie

Cookies
This website may use basic cookies needed for it to work and to understand how visitors use it.
