WHY? WHY? WHY?
If you want to get to the essence, the cause, the root of a certain problem (which will always be either a limiting belief or a fear), you can do it using a simple “Why” method.
You ask yourself only one question — “Why?” — for every answer that comes up, starting with your main problem.
You may need to ask “why” two times or twenty-two times… but you’ll feel it when you reach the core.
Example (with one “why”):
Why can’t I meet a good man for a harmonious relationship?
— Because there are no good men left — they’re all in relationships, and the ones who are single don’t suit me.
This answer is a belief that literally limits the appearance of good men around you.
(As within — so externally.)
Release it and enjoy seeing different men show up in your reality.
Example (with multiple “whys”):
Why can’t I make more money than I do now?
— Because I don’t spend enough time working.
Why don’t I spend enough time working?
— Because I can’t concentrate on work.
Why can’t I concentrate on work?
— Because I’m restless and have poor focus.
Why am I restless and have poor focus?
— Because I’ve never been able to focus on one thing for long.
Why have I never been able to focus on one thing for long?
— Because I’m too dumb (that’s what my mom/dad/teacher said).
The last answer is an imposed belief — it’s not true, but it has been perceived as truth for years simply because it came from an influential adult.
Release the belief, and just like in the first example, your life will begin to shift.
Try it right now with any of your problems and see what comes up.
What showed up for you in the end: a fear or a belief?
